Coupons for Pearland, Friendswood, Alvin and Manvel

Using a coupon

1. Pick the coupon for your job. You can only use one per visit, so if two apply, go with whichever saves more.
2. Name it on the phone, or write it in the scheduler notes when you book online.
3. Your technician looks at the rooms, takes the discount off, and tells you the price before starting. That number is what you pay.

Fine print

• One coupon per household per appointment unless the coupon itself says otherwise.
• Good on new bookings only. We can't apply one to a job that's already done.
• Minimum charges are based on the amount before tax.
• The $88 deal covers three rooms up to 300 sq ft combined. Anything beyond that is billed at the regular rate, and heavier soil or pet treatment costs extra.

The 100% satisfaction guarantee covers coupon work too. If we can't make it right, you don't pay. Room size limits and the rest of the details are listed under Guarantee Terms.
